So I saw another lottery working like this and I thought I'd try it.
HOW IT WORKS
How I want to do this is have a total for 46 slots. Each person can buy as many of these slots as they want, for 20m each. The winning number will be based on Washington State's 'Mega Millions' Mega Ball number which ranges from 1-46. Mega Millions is played in WA every Tuesday and Friday. Once all 46 slots are filled the drawing will be on the following Tuesday or Friday.
Upon winning drawing the Archon will be CONTRACTED to the winner from it's docked location (location below)!

1 ARCHON Amarr Carrier
NOTES/LOCATION
The Archon is docked at PROMETHEIA station, owned by the SYLPH ALLIANCE. Specific Address is / CATCH / NNLX-K / IS-R7P / PROMETHEIA
Make sure you're relationship status will let you fly safe/dock in the area!
There will be no refunds UNLESS not enough people join, then the 20m will be refunded to those that bought one of the 46 positions.
Any suggestions or whatnot just give me a hoot! This is my first time trying this really :D... so...

so oyu expect people to buy tickets for a ship in a 0.0 system that your alliance has sov in... and even if they get good relations set with your alliance who says you won't kill them anyway when they undock. why not put it in a low sec npc station. |

whoever wins it can work out an arrangement with me, I'll let him/her cyno and we can move it around :)

3. stinks of scam.
sort it out if your a re seriuos act serious.
move it to low sec get a holder for the cap.
