I'm posting this for a couple of reasons
1) I've got a feeling CCP won't do much about my petition
2) I found is pritty funny that this muppet would confess all, to someone hes known for seconds
your getting both screens since I don't want to be accused of editing it.

This screenshot is maybe enough for CCP to start an investigation. It will not however be enough to ban the suspect from the game, since they would need some faultfree proof. And your screenshot can be faked.
However since you posted this the suspect can now have been warned and stop doing macroing for a while, if he indeed where doing it. So you might even have destroyed for yourself. That is also one of many reasons you should not bring such topics to the forums. It warns the suspects so they can take neccesary steps to protect themselves..

Is there not some rule about publishing in game convo's between players on the forums? I could be wrong.

Between players? doubt it.
However there are rules about publishing convos between players and GMs, which is not allowed.

Either way, that screenshot certainly presents some strong evidence for the UI needing an overhaul.

Not a bad guy, more just one that so easily defers to authority and automatically runs to the informant line

Heh, have even read the EULA? They can pretty much do what they want to do, they do not need "faultfree proof". If that players is not banned, something is very wrong. |

^^ lol no hypocrisy, I freely admit to myself benefiting (in a GENERALISED ECONOMIC SENSE) from macrominers and recognising that the community as a whole benefits from cheaper modules and ships (apart from the miners of course, they have joined the dole queue.

Exploits & cheats RUIN any game. A company is foolish if they do not ban members who use exploits.
There is no reason to play a game if you know others are using exploits. The fun is all taken away when this is so.

Only problem before they can ban him: Why exactly should he banned. No matter how much i dislike macro's, you cant ban someone because he says he is intending to make a macro in the future.
