Add some kind of bump mass maybe so much smaller faster ships cant continue this sad exercise of boredom and stupidity? 
And I know... make it so Dreds can still bump Titans and what not. It nice though if a Frig didn't make a BS go bounce 
I mean honestly...Mario Cart on the Nintendo 64 worked out bump mass when Bowser hit Toad LOL I think...well I hope... CCP can handle it. |

But I see this happen. Also there is somthing people are doing with stasis webs and freighters now? Anyone know what thats about? |

Bumping someone for the purpose of annoying them or preventing them from warping (out of combat of course) is I believe petitionable/bannable, like when people bump miners |

If you`re talking about high sec annoyance:
step 1 - politely ask player to stop bumping you
step 2 - petition harassment (`stuck`petition might get faster response?).
