I currently can go a sustained 17km/s with my Taranis.
Does anybody go faster, sustained, and if so can I learn of your setup ?

It was a while back but I managed a sustained 21 km/s (well, I left it running and one of the modules deactivated after it had travelled between 20k and 30k kms, but I don't think that was due to running out of cap).
I can't remember the exact set up but I think it was something like:
Med: 1x Phased Mono MWD, 1x 1MN MWD, 1x Small Cap Battery II
Low: 1x Micro Aux Power Core, 2x CPR
I'm not 100% certain on that, but it looks about right.

Fastest Taranis setup:
Right-click -> Assemble -> Make Active -> Undock.
