Tiranius Lord	Posted - 2009.01.12 12:51:00 - [1] I have been having random socket disconnects. I can be logged in for 3 hours or 3 minutes. So, I create a petition. I also run the reports that CCP normally would ask for: minidump, logserver, dxdiag, and pingplotter. Most of the time I do not get a minidump report. The logserver file is not being excepted, I am guessing it is too big, even when compressed. I have sent them dxdiag and pingplotter reports. I have also updated my petition every time I get a new disconnect so they know the times and what I was doing. It has now been 6 days since I started the petition and I have yet to receive a response from CCP. Not even a "we are looking at the issue and will get back to you shortly." Once again CCP has proven it's total lack of care for its customers.

I ask this because last time I petition something (bug related also, with attach) it returned the petition successfully submitted message (with tracking id 1336163) but, to this day, it still didn't appear in my petitions list. EDIT: added tracking ID
Tiranius Lord	Posted - 2009.01.12 15:22:00 - [3] Yes, it is in my petitions list. I can access it both in game and on the web page. I have also added messages to it every time I get dc'd. I have also sent and email with no response. They just don't give a darn about these issues.

Definitely not in my case. In all of my pingplotter reports the disconnect is happening at hop 15 of my 18 hop route. Happens in all cases.
