Doing escalation mission with a group we complete a plex and everyone gets the popup ' 'player xxx' has recieved an update to his expeditions' or something akin to that. Judging by the popup it was most definitely not a dead end but an escalation. Player xxx however, doesn't recieve any update to his expeditions tab, and we are all standing around with our ****s in our hands wondering what to do next. Bug? Certainly. My question would be: Is it a well known bug and will gm's fix it? |

I had the very same thing happen about 4 months ago, everyone in the group got the message I had got the bm for the next site but nada-zip-zilch in my journal.
I wasted 2 min petitioning it to get the response of "sometimes they dont respond the way they should"
Its definately a known bug, but its probably not high on their list of things to fix.

same thing happened with me, my gang petitioned it but we got some blow off reply, my guess is it was late and someone didnt feel like doing anything

This is not uncommon so next time dont petition it as clearly from all the reports its nothing but a waste of time. |

Or maybe the person wanted to keep the escalation to themselves because of the huge payoff you can get and call in a smaller team in with the 24h you have left to do it in.

nah I got this several times when flying with 2 chars... latly I started to drop gang and just shoot the triger with one ship to avoid this... but then agen it might just hapen but you dont know about it because noone gets a message :P |

Nah I think youre actually right, Ive had this a few times, always when using a gang and most importantly, always when someone other than the person who got the original expedition hits a trigger. Seems as though it bugs when it transfers over chars.
So either solo them, or be very careful of triggers and it should avoid it. =] |

Keep petitioning it until they fix it, IMHO. They'd be better off fixing it now, rather than when thousands of angry GoonSwarm & BoB alts are breathing down their necks wanting their next load of T3 materials. |
