Hi
Let me be up-front about this û I created this character about 3-4 weeks ago to have a go at trading (my main is a sort of jack-of-all-trades PvP/PvE char). Anyway I wanted a change from fighting and running missions and much to my surprise I actually enjoy trading (a bit like PvP with cash I think). IÆm looking to move into research and manufacturing as well when I get the skills. Anyway, I digress...
IÆm looking for a relaxed trading/manufacturing/research corp. that realises that players have a RL outside Eve û is there such an entity? IÆm a complete noob at this trading lark but IÆd really like to learn if thereÆs a corp. out there willing to take on a trading noob. IÆm happy to put my æmainÆ on the back burner so-to-speak for a few months (or longer) to learn trading and associated skills. I am a casual player û I play about 4-5 times/week for 2-3 hours - sometimes longer at weekends depending on RL stuff - so I need a corp. that accepts this and doesnÆt expect an almost 24/7 commitment (I say this because my main was once in a PvP corp. that seemed to expect this and I got grief for actually having a life outside Eve!). IÆm in the EU time zone and I am usually in-game in the evenings/weekends when I play.
So, if you are, or know of, a corp. that accepts beginner traders and doesnÆt take itself too seriously (i.e. accepts that some of us play just for fun and have lives outside Eve) then please get in touch...

i have a small corp of about 12 pilots, i have one trader in the corp at the moment. we are not a serious corp who do nothing but play eve.

Hello Umbrig,
Trading is my specialty, and it still accounts for over half of our corp's profit, despite all that we do. I am looking for some people that I can "take under my wing" and mentor into the fine art of trading. You will start earning ISK from day one on the job. We offer lots of other activities and benefits as well, and all are optional. So, we can accommodate your desire for casual play.
