I did two level 2 agents at the same time, both provided an important mission at mission 4/5 (same time). Then after another 10 missions for each both coughed up an implant at the same time.
I then started working for two level 3 agents at the same time. Both provided an important mission at exactly the same: after 10 missions. One of these was for the bogus Data Transaction Mission which promises to provide an implant and does not, and the other was a implant mission.
I strongly doubt normal probability is at work anymore because at both level 2 and 3 the agents appeared to be in lock step and out of 6 important missions total I got 3 implants (two level 2 and one level 3).

i've had two runs where two (2) of my level 3 agents gave me important missions at the same time. This was twice. I got nothing. Boy am I ****ed.

I have to know, am i the unluckiest player in Eve with regards to implants? I've been playing for over a year now, and have never got an implant mission...I've stuck with only one agent at a time most of the time, I have done many many important missions, and have never been offered one. I've changed the corps I'm doing missions for, and was even doing missions for an agent i knew gave out implants. I'm really getting bored of hearing people saying "i haven't got an implant in days". Anyone else had bad luck like that?
