Hi, I just upgraded my account from trial to regular user, I was refered by another player using the buddy program, and it said there on the buddy page that 30 days we're added into account.
But the timer won't stop and eventually hi's account got disabled.
Is the buddy program not working if the buddy pay's with PLEX? Or it's just a bug?
Cause as far as they explained to me, some player did payed 15 usd for that plex so CCP still get's his money even when we play the game with Plexes. Is there any official statement? I searched around and couldn't find a thing.

Filled the petition almost 20 hour's ago, according to him, just hope that he wont lose bonus days awaiting for the petition, does someone know how long it takes?

Maybe the error was filling te petition under "Disabled accounts".
According to Evelopedia: "Stuck characters or other game-stopping problems take first priority. "
But petition has been over one day and some hour's and zero response, meanwhile he cant play, or skill anything. |

I think the 30 days do not get added to the refferers account in the referral uses a PLEX, or ETC, or GTC to activate the account.
Only the direct payment systems work (Credit Card, check, cash, etc)
BUT:

There's been some disagreements there.
So maybe it doesn't work right with PLEXs and the like, but it's supposed to? Or maybe it isn't. 
CCP knows... Hopefully you'll get a response on your petition. |

It is a typo.
The original text said "Eligible subscription activations can be funded by any payment method except EVE Time Codes."
Unfortunately that got truncated when they copied it to the Terms and Rules page.
You will simply need to wait for a GM to respond to see if they will honor the mistaken text that they have neglected to fix dispite many complaints about it on the forums. |
