to avoid (as much as possible) to be ganked by roaming gang in 0.0 does this fitting seems ok
hight slot a cloak /tractor beam / salvager
mid slot a sensor booster II and 3 multispectral t2
low slot a warp core stab t2 and a t2 damage control
and and jamming drones in drone bay |

cloak + ecm drones + stabs + ecm burst + mwd = higher chance of survival.
But this apply to all ships

never said was planning to travel alone in 0.0, only if suddenly a roaming gang enter local, what fitting maximise my chance to warp out in a safespot
And what i 've missed in the "whole" to be called dumb-ass i ask for an orca, not for a frigate or a shuttle...

An orca can perma run a 100mn mwd. On the test server a nano orca with overloaded 100mn did something like 500m/s. Not a bad plan to get out of a asteroid belt that is preventing you from working or out of a friendly bubble on a gate.
The best fittings are good intel and a cloak. If you're paying attention you shouldn't ever be surprised by hostiles unless you completely fail to scout.

Watch local, fit cloak, stay aligned, have friends.
