And that wouldn't completely get rid of hulkageddon or suicide ganking. ;) The difference would be that the suicide gankers need a larger alpha. Likewise, that also means needing to bring along more friends.

So unless the sprintf is set to left justify with a minimum of 4 digits, i.e. "%-4d" (which would be quite odd,) then it's a fake due to inconsistent string formatting. (I tested this while sitting on a station; I should have tested it in a safespot, instead.) The Dominix target did not get any repairs from CONCORD, but I don't know if that's because the sentry guns around the station had destroyed the Tornado ganker before CONCORD showed up.
