My alt is -3.14 security status, and im running missions with a mate of mine who is out of the corporation my alt is currently in.
If killed rats in the missions, several BS's for that matter, and when my m8 hands the mission in, a get no sec gain. And we run many more after that without any security status gain.
Can anyone give me a heads up of what im doing wrong here , or how i can giefs me some sec

you get sec gain from mission rats just like from belt rats (maybe little less). i got 0.22% tops for some high end bounty mission BS rats. Handing the Mission in have nothing to do with your sec gain.

The only sec gain you get is once per 15 minutes, from the highest gain-worthy NPC you kill in that 15 minutes. Thus, it's very, very slow.

i know its slow, was in 0.0 for a week and went form -10 to -3.14 , but , ive done 1 mission. 24 hours later , no sec gain :(

You did get a gain but the security gain from missions is next to nothing. I was in 0.0 for a month or two and went from 0.3 to 5.0 sec status. I have been running missions for several months and I am still at 5.0....
You get a security gain but this is anywhere from 0.01% to 0.3% or something crazy like that. Killing a big belt rat in 0.0 is more like 0.8%  |

WEll im looking in security status sheet, which shows , nothing
even if it is small surley it should show somthing :)

its capped at 5.0

There was a post over in SHC with what sounds like a good way of using missions to raise sec. It's based around getting a sec raise for each BS kill per 15 minutes *OR* session change.
What you do is get 2 agents to give you missions in neighbouring systems, then fly to one missions, kill a battleship, warp out and go to next system and kill another battleship, the go back to the first mission and repeat.
Haven't tested it, but it sounds like the quickest way.

The only way to increase your Concord standing past 5.0 is to kill for example Dread Guristas/Officer spawns as they provide more of a sec hit that actually influences your Concord standing.
Look at some macro farmer types and you'll see they can go above 6.0 even.
