Quite possibly!
With this new story arc it wouldn't surprise me at all. The main point of the report was that this fleet is travelling around dangerous space unnoticed and completely safe. It's apparently a mystery how they can manage such a feat, but I'm pretty sure a cloaking device is installed.
Now I think this cloaking device that 'may' be involved in this would be a great addition to the game, especially now, and it's been long expected and awaited by the community. I for one can't wait. I only have one question...if my theory is right about this story arc....WHY FA?!?!?
FA is the last alliance that I would want to see aquiring such a thing. Especially if Xanadu gets it...you can expect rediculous prices, if they even make sales public! I just hope someone else gets in there and gets it (if 'it' even exists) before Xanadu or any other FA can get ahold of it.
What does anyone else think about this? Is it possible what I'm guessing may be true, or am I probably WAY off?

CCP should have the fleet obliterate any Xanadu ships in the area, from what I hear on these forums Xanadu are so powerful and rich they unbalance the entire universe already.

the story on the eve-insider news talks about ORE and Mordu's legion, both npc corps...
nowhere that I can see does it mention FA...
not that I would mind if they got one tho :D would be good for the NCA in their ongoing war against PA and would give me a change to cloak for less than 20mil 
but anyway, where did you get this info? since it seems nothing but rumours to me.

You xanadu are a bunch of hoes, you NEVER post with your alts, every thread I read about FA or Xanadu or blah blah is always posted by one of your alts, never a main character, wtf is wrong with you people? Well obviously something has to be wrong or why wont you post with your main?
And FA are a bunch of monopolistic pigs, all their tech 2 BPOs should be robbed and divided among the current alliances.
And whats wrong with CA getting ahold of cloaking devices... scared arent yah

This is speculation, nothing more. I was wondering what others may think about it. The reason I mention FA is because this story is taking place within Fountain, so if any FA corp happens to run into this NPC fleet and takes them out, who knows what the loot may be. Read the story, they mention being able to fly around unnoticed, what better way then cloaked? It's speculation, but it can eb true, so I was curious what others thought.
And no, I would prefer CA to aquire as opposed to FA, this is just my opinion however, but yes, like I said, FA is the last alliance I would want aquiring something like that.
