Selling Abdul Jalil, hes only 4 days and 9 hours away from flying an Anshar (Gallente Jump Freighter). He's already an superior freighter pilot with all support skills :)

Agreed - a little high maybe.
At most I'd offer 1.2 Bil. Price based on 150m per MSP and that there are no assets (freighter)

All the support skills? seriously - you only have 7 mil SP's - your char is not worth 3 billion sorry.
The rate AFAIK for Toons is 100 million isk per every 1 million skill points - if the Char is a specialist it goes up to 2 maybe 3 hundred. Abdul is not PvP, PvE, he's not Indy he's not a miner, he's not a Trader he's not a JF pilot yet either.
You are asking 400M per 1m SP - for a Toon that can't fly a Jump Freighter yet; in 4 days admittedly he'll be able to undock one but you'll still need to spend another month at least training jump drive calibration and jump fuel conservation to make it worthwhile.
hence my bid of 1.5 and the other of 1.6 - It's what he's worth to me.

If you just bid and stop trolling you might have a chance of getting him
I regularly sell 2.5m sp chars for 1.5b, so its worth what its worth to a player - simple supply and demand, if someone wants a jf pilot in 4 days then they may bid high - who knows,

And you say that I'm trolling - I had a legitimate post in here making a bid I didn't come in to have a go at someone.
TBH I'm not going to defend myself against Keyboard Warriors - all I said was this is what I think it's worth and this is why - if ppl want to read into it as trolling / ridicule or whatever, fine... It's not what was meant at all. |

auctions are for those who hope for a deal not a "fair price" with no other bids than why more fuss ? if i the pirce is not accceptable the nthat is ok but at least it is price......bid my word are good enough to know what an auction is that is for poeples to go to get goods and if price is good fors me then good fors mei do not se anyones else biding down the doors here do you? |

If I wanted to transport my mins from low sec - this is the char I would use
His main use is for Indy - just because his skills are in freighter that doesn't mean he isn't industrial - he would make a perfect match for my industrial operation making cap ships ,

Fine, so your not going to bid 2 bil, incidentally the starting bid, then why do you feel the need to keep posting after you have stated this? In all honesty, you shouldn't have bid in the first place if you weren't going to match the starting bid.
All this nonsense about 100mil per 1m sp is a load of bull, the character is worth what its worth to the player selling and the player buying, nothing more, nothing less. The 100m/1m is merely a guideline for a very rough estimate.
Bump for a decent char, 4 days from a JF isn't long at all, and since when did Hauling not count as Industry?

There is good reason for this. This char is designed for a purpose - to fly a Jump Freighter. If you want a jump freighter then this char is a good option.
The 10m sp char has a lot of skills but is not designed to do anything, thats why I have recommended the char is trained in HAC,
The skills in char creation should be designed with a purpose in mind to get the best value (i.e. hulk, hac, jump freighter, cap ships) hope this helps

At the moment, the Anshar and other Jumpers are outperformed by the rorqual and cargo expanded dreads, in no way does it justify its high price tag when it is outperformed by cheaper, more versatile ships that survive much better.
