Flux Technologies Inc Bond Offering #2
The quick and dirty
2 billion bond offering, 6% per month, 6 month term max. Shares will gradually be brought back after first month interest payment @ 100%.
Who am I?
I run a research corporation known as Flux Technologies; IÆve been posting in Market Discussion for awhile. I have audited one successful bond (Stardust CEO) in the past and I am currently running one bond (Linkage).
Business Plan
I plan to purchase 2 carrier blueprints with 2 billion capitals, perform research to bring ME level up to 7. How do I pay for the 6%? Simple, I have other sources of income.
Bond Plan
This bond offering starts now, first come first served. The bond will run until end of July, however after first month dividend, I retain the option to purchase shares back at 100%. The order of buyback will start at bottom of the reservation list. Ie:
Char 1 û 1000 shares reserved
Char 2 û 200 shares reserved
Char 3 û 500 shares reserved
Char 4 û 300 shares reserved
Char 4 will be the first person I buyback the shares unless someone ask me to buy their shares first.
If you want to get rid of your bond, you may do so in 2 ways:
1. Sell it to another player; please send me a message as I will be tracking shares via spreadsheet and this thread. I wonÆt be responsible for sending the money to the wrong investor if someone fails to notify me of the transaction.
2. Sell it back to me at 90%. Makes the first option look even better eh?
There are 2000 shares available for 1 million each.
Risk Mitigation
ThereÆs none, this bond is pure trust and I hope IÆve already established that by now.
The Why
I choose to go with a bond because IÆve considered doing an IPO but because the business plan itself would produce no profit for the first 6 months, it would be considered useless unless I offered a bond with a set interest rate instead. Perhaps after this plan is completed, an IPO will be offered but IÆll cross the bridge when the time comes.
Why should you invest? Simple, 6% return guaranteed, youÆre the investor, you decide if this opportunity is worth putting your money in.
FAQ
Q: What do you plan to do with the both carrier blueprints when research is done?
A: I wonÆt get into that as that information is not within the scope of this bond.
Q: You havenÆt finished the first bond and now youÆve already gotten another one?
A: Good point, while that seems unorthodox, the first bond was established to steal someone elseÆs idea and run with it while the window of opportunity was closing. This bond is established so that I can enter the capital ship market.
Q: What are your ôotherö sources of income?
A: I wonÆt get into much detail but they include research service run by Flux Technologies and some various investments in other corporations; both which generates sufficient income to cover the interest rate plus buybacks.
Q: Risk Mitigation? Wtf?
A: Ask PacktuÆsa, he came up with it.

I wanted to let investor know about my intention to terminate this bond early sometime this month, pending the sales of the two carrier blueprint.
I know I did state 6 months term but I did retain the rights to purchase bonds back. I will also add 6% interest with your full investment, so you're looking at 12% ROI after under 2 months.
