Is it against the rules to join a corp that griefs industrials for the purpose of killing them? |

Uh. . . If you have to ask that question, I'd say you're probably not 100% ready to do what you're aiming to do. |

Hell no, I joined a nub corp just to kill their orca a while back, not banned yet
And joining mission runner corps to kill pimp fit mission ships is also quite common |

Ahh I see, it wasnt a lack of know-how. But I mentioned this in one of my channels and a whole bunch of people told me it was petitionable for grief tactics to which I was... Eh? |

Edited by: Miss Uylear on 17/01/2009 12:26:27 No, its perfectly reasonable to do this. Though you will need to be very good. Most corps will want an API, ones with any smartness about them. This lets them see your alts, so theres that. Then you have to actually get the right moment, coz at best, you'll only kill one, which is worthless.
I do hpoe I am the target!
EDIT -
Also, if your attacking main is on this account, and the API is required..you've just shot yourself in the foot |

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHA Oh my.
If you were able to petition someone for "griefing" and anyone actually cared, I don't think Jonny101 (or any of his other accounts for that matter) would be with us today ;) |

The ones in mind have a officer fit golem he uses to mission during peace-time that I have my eyes on, If I attacked him in his dedspace then he would be dead long, long before backup arrived.
Doesnt matter if they have my API or not because this is not an alt. Some reason people assume I am because I dont show corp/alliance. His 0% EM resistance will fall to the mighty power of the Abaddon!

Lol, Good luck with that. I'm sure the 100% damage bonus to his missiles will be the deciding factor here. If you do attack him in a Deadspace plexe be carefull if hes in a drone plexe. He'll be tanked for EM. Good luck though. And dont forget to fraps it or take some screenies. Will be an interesting fight i think. |

Golem? Then I suggest ECM drones, preferably mediums.

If he is going for a guristas or, preferably, Angels complex then even with a ludicrous tank he will be only capable of about 600-800 dps tank. If I tank only what missiles he will be using, then I can get 90% and easily take his 700-1000 dps on 2 reppers. Will be close but, at least as far as numbers are concerned I have a much bigger upperhand because I counterfitting to what he will (hopefully) have. |

Unless he has other damage type missiles in hold...

Most Mission Bears are lazy and cant be bothered to change ship fittings for every mission so they try and chain missions against the same faction by going to agents they know are more likely to hand out a preferred mission. Often as not they have one type of missile and have over tanked vs' two resists.
Of course sometimes you meet a smarter one or someone with sky high skills, but they are in a minority it seems. |

I guess you should know what you're talking about considering your corp, but I always carried all types of missiles so I wouldn't forget to bring the right type to a specific mission when I was a carebear. The people I know that still are, do the same. |

Neuts are your answer, most mission setups are either perma running cap stable setups or close to cap stable with repping as needed and one or two heavy neuts will collapse the tank very quickly, ofc if hes got a cap booster its a whole new story. [/url] |

Some do, some don't. Always exceptions and i am sure others in SN disagree with me, but Mission runners in the large hubs seem more likely to only carry one missile type than those based out of the less populated areas.
Oh and Neuts work a treat given the SPR and perma run fits out there; passive targeter on an alt with a ship scanner is your friend as regard whether you want to fit them.

I'd use a domi with neuts and a couple ecm mods. Should be an easy kill, especially with the rats helping you. |

If you are joining his corp, you don't need to guess his setup, just fricking ask.
"Hey, hows your Golem fit? I would especially like to know the resistances and missile types you carry?"
"Btw, you got any Armor Kinetic Hardners? Like six of them?"
