I still want to sell it to him, but I am willing to accept the first person with isk in wallet.
I need to attain another character for my plan and need to sell this character to fund it.

why is the subject 36mil char when you skill sheet says 28.9? just curious if it was an intentional scam or just a mistake but i personally wouldn't buy it.

negotiation over the forum is time consuming and probably will annoy the crap out of other sellers.
willing to entertain slightly below.
Have been already offered relatively close to the changed price, so the limit I am willing to go down to is basically slightly above previous buyout offers.
