i keep getting this on my computer. i have refomatted and reinstalled eve 3 times but still get this error and crash. any ideas why?

thats what we call a generic windows error.
its not helpful. contact CCP via petition, they will help you get it sorted.

Best you can do is to try and disable DHP in vista. Are you by chance using an ATI video card? Also, if you can turn of Anti-Aliasing on your card. The CCP exe file crash is like a plague, once you get it there's no solution except to deal with it.

AMD Athlon 1.25GHz
1.5 GB RAM
GeForce 6200, 512 MB Video Card
100 Gig HD

I get that a lot, but only on exiting Eve. It even happens when I close the client on the logon screen (before entering password).
I just attribute it to CCP QA not being given enough time to actually do their job when patches are pushed through. |

it only does it after i have logged in. this just started after the last big patch. was just fine and dandy b4 that last patch, could stay logged in for 23 hours :)
