I am looking for a character with specialized skills in production and invention. This toon needs to be able to invent and manufacture T2 items so many SP in science and industry both are a must. Budget is fairly broad. Hoping to get a character with at least 20MIL skill points. Hopefully more. |

Acording to Eve-sheet i'm #11 in science skills and #14 in Construction Skills
SPs trained hour are 2.706 (!!!) for science and mechanic skills and 2.446 for industry
can be better with +5 implants (only have 1 in intel)
