The character being sold must receive the ISK for the purchase.
The 'For Sale/Auction' post must be made by the character being offered. This is being added to prevent scams for characters that have been misrepresented, banned, non-existent, etc.
The whole "without compensation" thing sounds like you're trying to sell the character and get the isk but not give the buyer their character or isk back. Just my take, doubt that would hold up if it was petitioned.

Thanks for pointing that out, but you're wrong.
Yes I made the mistake of posting this with the wrong character, but I have posted with the character for sale to prove that I own it and that it's active.
Regarding the "void without compensation" part, after reading it to myself it does sound ambiguous. What I meant was that once the account goes inactive I will not sell the character without being paid compensation to renew the account (ie. GTC cost).

you would probably have a better chance to sell this char if it was posted under the correct char...decent char if it is presented correctly in the forums...the have a very specific way to do the char trade, and if its followed both parties are protected by ccp...thats prolly why it has gotten any bids....try and relist it the right way and see what happens |
