Also by the rules you need to state:
 that you're paying the transfer bill
the character security status
that the character wallet is positive
in which system he will be located
Auction end time, eventual buyout price and any relevant standing with NPC corp would be nice too :)

and you can either make an new post or edit this one.
look at other selling treads. and youll get an basic idea.

BO- instant purchase/buy out

And some charecter info, like sec status, assets that will follow if any, isk in wallet, were he is located. empire space is good place to leave when selling(NOT JITA)
etc.
