It's something that is called problems. CCP can get some problems on a patch or something, and you have to expect that. When CCP knows they are going to patch, then they will say that sisi will go down for some hours after how much that need to be patched or fixed. But if they get problems, then they have to wait until they have fixed it. Some years ago, i remember that sisi was down for a whole week one time. But things like that can happen. God i was bored of waiting to get back on Sisi.
