So I currently run a tengu fit for my angel ratter. It seems to suffer from the problem of too much tank not enough gank, sometimes taking forever to pop battleships. Any advice?
Current fit:
6x heavys ii
2x gistii a-type shield booster
Domination shield boost amp
Domination explosive deflection field
10mn afterburner ii
Em ward amplifier ii
4x Ballistic control system ii
3x medium capacitor control circuit
Amplification node
Augmented capacitor reservoir
Accelerated ejection bay
Fuel catalyst
Dissolution sequencer
Permatanks cap stable and soaks up slot of damage |

So you say too much tank not enough gank. And you say it is cap stable with everything running. So why keep it cap stable if it is already overtanked.
Upgrade to at least CN BCU's
Break a CCC rig or two and add some gank rigs. |

Dump the CCCs. Nothing says " I rushed to get into this boat." like CCCs. Cap stable is not necessary. |

do not use HAMs unless you want to ignore frigates |

Hams have no problems with frigates, 2 volley at most.
If you dont care about the range hams are better than HM in every aspect, it's not like torpedos vs cruisers.
The implants are the standard ones: rof, hams or hm specific.

Your bigger tank is sign/speed so you can prob work around this+missile dmg/explosion rad/speed. Atm your fit looks like an awesome loot pi+Ķata but it's your choice.

This is effective enough to PVE and ass kick a lot of trolls out of your path. Excellent choice
