Needs:
- Great Attributes
- Great Learnings
- No wasted Skillpoints
- Flys HACs, Recons, Commandships etc. really decent with T2 Turrets and nice Gunneryskills etc
- Good Navigation and Engineering skills
- Nice Name :)
- Overall good skilled, skilled with Brain. ;)
- Not Cross-skilled, 100% Minmatar
Capitalpilot isnt a must.
Up to 13 Bill Budget for the right one.
