I just got my first level 3 agent for Core Complexion. Base quality is level 3 and effective quality is 22. I have social level 5, negotiation level 5, and connections level 4. Now for my problem: HE SUCKS. My level 2 agent gave me much better rewrds in terms of tech 2 componenets and isk rewards. This agent only gives me low isk rewards and nothing else ??? I don't understand. I really worked on my level 2 agent to get my standings up high enough that my first level 3 agent would not be a negative quality agent, and I got my skills up becuase they are supposed to give better rewards, but now I don't see any of that.
Any suggestions? I went back and ran some missions for my level 2 agent and out of 10 missions I got 3 that where tech 2 componenets, 4 that were items, and 4 that were isk.

Keep working at it.
I run a Core Complexion agent in Ranni - lvl 3 qual 0 - can't remember name (or spell it even if I could).
I was only really after an increase in standings with the Corp so that I could use their recycling facilities without a 5% charge.
I am now getting a good mixture of rewards; isk, willpower implants; techII comps, ammo, drones, science skill books, ram, afterburners etc....
At first the rewards seemed low but I have no complaints now my standing with the agent has improved.
My advice is stay with it.

Core rocks! I have a hanger full of Tech 2 stuff from my different Core agents. They make more than any other Minmitar corp, so there is a much wider variety to choose from. Stick with him. When you get that +3 implant, everything will be worth it!

Also never underestimate the importance of a good agent standing, corp standing is great but agent quality is just as important as far as rewards :) i get plenty of decent stuff from my core agent, but the i have ~9 standing both for the corp and my agent. Best advice i can give is get the top agent asap and stick with it, you wont regret it
