When an interceptor pilot flies around the station, it means he wants a 1v1 with another interceptor! He doesn't want to get blobbed by a 4-man pirate gang! Calling him names in local isn't very nice either :(

When I go talk to a pretty woman in a dance club, it means I want to take her home and have mad, passionate sex with her. I don't want to get slapped in the face, nor do I want to be called a pig by her and her girl friends.
Then again, I accept that those things still might happen. I don't whine about it, I accept it as a possible outcome. Since I am not God, I cannot control other people's behavior. If I couldn't handle that reality, I'd have to stay home and watch chicks on the Internet and touch myself.
So why don't you keep your interceptor docked and play WoW instead of whining here on the forum?

I had no idea interceptor pilots flying outside a station meant they wanted a 1v1, and other likely dont know this. I would be anoyed if i got blobbed too though. Just leave a named can outside the station or something saying u want a 1v1 and then wait in the station till someone tells u theyre up for a 1v1. _______________________________________________

Especially considering the fact that 95% of the time an interceptor orbiting the station means an impatient gang of HACs behind the nearest gate, waiting for some unlucky curse to undock and chase that inty. |

A good tactic(1 of many of course) to find trouble is to low in low sec and wait in an AB.

I know what happened to Decon. Chimera Raiders and their girlfriends. Bunch of pussies wouldn't know honour if it smacked them in the face with a wet trout.

A solo interceptor flying around a station means there is a solo interceptor flying around a station. Unless he makes specific mention of what he's looking for prior to the engagement, and unless both parties agree, that's all it is.
Unfortunately, a solo interceptor flying around a station in low-sec means I want to kill it, and will by any means possible. Luckily, I often fly alone or at most with a couple of other friends, so you're welcome to come over to my house and fly an interceptor around. I'll 1v you with my Rifter, instead. |

To me, someone flying an Interceptor round a station is someone asking to get ganked.

When you get ganked in an interceptor you did something very wrong. I lost quite a bunch of them but I could not say that I did not want to fight.
If you want a 1v1, then tell someone. If you have no prior agreement there is no reason to complain. |

You might want to avoid publicly ****ing against the wind with your alt. We both very well know in what alliance your main is in, and it would be very counterproductive for you guys if others in the forums catch on to the events of the last 3 weeks. The public forums are a dangerous place for smacktalking bears which can't back up their words. |

No-one in EvE is contractually obliged to give you a fair fight. You should assume that there are enemies ready to jump in and gank you every time you engage a target, that way you will be prepared to run away if and when it does really happen. |
