I have no negative balances and am able to fly a hulk. I have 3 million sp and would make an excellent start for those who wish to get into mining with out the hassle. He also has a decent start in manufacturing and research. I am selling him for I no longer use him. Will make sure he is in NPC corp before transfer
As for isk amount in wallet, I will be transferring most of it to an alt except for 25 million in the wallet to help you get started.
Starting bid is 650 million isk. I am hoping for 1 billion isk. If price seems unfar, let me know.

Sorry was out of town for last two days due to the nature of my real life job. Offer still good if any one interested.
Also I have removed myself from the corp and now in an npc corp. I have bumped this due to the numerous posts I have seen looking for a new piliot.
