Hello I'm wondering what the different ways to lower agility/mass are.
I have found the skills "Evasive Maneuvering" and "Spaceship Command" already but would like to know if there any others.

Those are the only two skills that do it. Any ships that require "advanced spaceship command" also get an agility decrease from that skill.
As for mods: inertial stabilizers boost your agility, but raise your signature radius. Nanofiber structures don't, and give a lesser boost to agility, while also increasing speed. There are no ways to lower mass anymore if I recall correctly...things that lowered mass were given agility/speed bonuses instead. It performs basically the same function, but stacking penalizes so that you can't achieve ludicrous speedÖ by abusing the lack of stacking penalties. |

Which (so you don't have to look it up) is only freighters and possibly capital ships. Additionally, all capital ships require ASC 5 as a prerequisite - thus there is nothing you can do to improve their handling if you find it lacking, as any benefit they do get will be already maxed. |

Thanks guys this was as I thought. Been trying to get a sub 4.5sec align time on a prowler and it seems impossible post QR. :(

You don't need one. Fit a covert ops cloak. BRs were shifted from agility-based to stealth-based.

..also the following Slot 6 implants grant ship agility bonuses:
Hardwiring - Eifyr and Co 'Rogue' AY-1 (-3%)
Hardwiring - Eifyr and Co 'Rogue' AY-2 (-5%)

Using the suggestions above, I got the Prowler down to an align time of 2.9 seconds in EVE Fitting Tool. |

Specifically, the nanofiber modules. They originally reduced mass but now have a split Agility/Speed bonus as of the QR "nano nerf".

How? If you don't mind me enquiring, I have been playing around for a few days and still can't get sub 4.5second.
Cross-checking:
Spaceship Command and Evasive Maneovering are at L5
2x I-stabs in low slots
2x Low friction nozzle joints in the rigs (I found 2x polycarbons to be worse and 1 of each to have no advantage)
And ok 5% from that implant but that doesn't do an awful lot.

Understood, I have just heard reports of 3 second align time and I can't replicate it so far.

Created a new character with only Spaceship Command and Evasive Maneuvering at level 5, everything else at level 0.
