Infinite Energy Corporation Is Recruiting [duh, thatÆs why I am posting in this forum]
I am wanting to try a little experiment I have been rolling around in my head for a while, it has gone through many different systems, but I have settled on this one simply because it seems to be the simplest. So bare with me as I explain.
What I am Looking For û I am looking for no more than ten people with any interest in eve, whether it be, missioning, ratting, mining, what ever the case may be, other than combat right now who are looking for a corp. No need for a skill point limit, just no trial accounts please.
The Plan û The plan is simple. Treat the corp, like a corp. Members would mine, rat, mission, whatever and then deposit their junk loot/ore in to the corp hanger in to a station container where everything is logged effectively giving those resources to the corp.. Each week the profits are tallied and 70% of that, hereby referred to as dividends are divvied up among the members. Also, at the end of each week, the log of the Station container is reviewed, and a percentage [out of 100] of total assets received is given to each member of the corp and paid the corresponding amount in dividends. So if you contributed 30% of the resources that week, you would get 30% of the Dividends, and the other guy who contributed 10% would get 10% of the dividends, and so on. I expect it slightly better then market value of resources/junk as you are ôgivingö it to the corp, so there is ônoö cost to produce a ship. This is figuratively, of course there is a cost, and of course the minerals have a market value, but I expect because they are being fed directly to the production line, the profit will be higher then of just selling the minerals.
The Remaining 30% û The remaining 30% would go to furthering the corp, such as buying new BPOs, providing certain things for members. It would also be my cut as well, but you can rest assured most, if not all will go back in to the company, I want to make this work.
Additionally û I would also like to institute a weekly pay check as well, for any active member of the corp. Like a bonus each week or something, just for being active in the corp. Everyone would get the same amount and this would also come out of the 30%, but not sure what we are looking at this being right now.
Incentives û Well there are some incentives. I will provide a cruiser/first cruiser for any member initially, or they can choose up to a retriever in the mining barge tree. Some skills that will better you for the corp may also be provided, and of course, an Employee Discount.
Employee Discount û The Employee discount will simply be anything [Tech 1] the corp can produce at 66% Jita market value. Of course you will have to be in the corp longer than 30 days in order to receive this discount as there is obvious room for abuse.
Difficulties û The difficulties I see with this is the admin work, which I am taking upon myself to do, I can foresee there being a large amount of it, but I am not quite sure how bad it will be, thatÆs why I want to start with no more than 10 people. Right now however, when I have time, I HAVE TIME lol so this really is the best time to find out.
Backbone û What the company has backing it right now û I have several BPOs to include a few battleship BPOs, A High sec pos with research, and I have a significant amount of liquid assets, as well as other non-liquid assets that can be liquidated if need be as I cannot currently venture to 0.0.
I am posting this with my main for those that know me will vouch for me, but my other Character Trevestal will be running the corp as she is far more industrial base then this one, and just all around better suited. Please feel free to convo me on either character or evemail me on Trevestal.
