Kronos probably if you can target the frigates fast enough you probably never have to pull out the drones. |

Basic Kronos setup, something like this:
4x 425mm railgun II
couple tractor beams/salvagers
4x cap recharger II
LAR II
couple hardeners, DC II
couple magstabs
rigs to taste

I always love this question.
I used the Domi in all forms; all tank, nearly no tank, sentry + rails with mag stabs, etc. Domi was a stable platform to run missions from. I never had to worry about it and it was easy and cheap to replace if I did happen to do something horribly wrong.
Then I bought a Kronos and ships melted. I don't have to babysit drones. I actually get to move around which cuts down on the incoming DPS. And it's gold.
I like the Kronos, but there's nothing wrong with the Domi. |

Personally I like the navy megathron - cheaper than a Kronos and does the same DPS (roughly).
Tried the hyperion awhile back - sucked so terribly it's not even funny 
Dominix is great too, like a couple other people said. |
