After fumbling around with a setup this is what i have

With this setup and my skills i get 95.4% Kinetic Resists
700+ DPS with standard Scourge Without Drones
181 second Shield Recharge Rate
2300 sec cap recharge rate
But tanks like a beauty for me so far.

Why the booster with a passive setup? And 700dps? really?
I get 173 dps with all level 5 |

This is either an epic troll, or made of epic fail. It's over tanked and you're only getting 700 EFT DPS, NPCs do have resistances. Try this on for size (it works beautifully!)
Guristas Passive Nighthawk fit
Hi-Slots
6x Heavy Missile Launcher 2 with Scourge Fury (+30% sig radius for +28% more base damage per missile)
1x Tractor Beam
Med Slots
1x T2 10mn AB
1x T2 Large Shield Extender
2x Ballistic Deflection 2
1x Heat Dissipation 2
Low Slots
2x Shield Power Relay 2
3x Ballistic Control Unit 2
Rigs
2x Core Defence field purger.
Drones:
5x Hornet 2 (Not as great all arounders as Hobgoblin 2s, but Guristas have higher thermal resists)
It's not a rofl tank, but with modest skills, it tanks most Guristas L4s no problems, the AB runs constantly, and it finishes most L4s (excluding the extremely battleship heavy ones) faster than my old CNR. |

…also, a "perfect Guristas killer" would be something with a decent set of drones to keep the nuke going when they get ECM happy.

with this setup 700 dps? lol. more like 300-350
full DG launchers + 3x DG BCU + faction ammo + t2 drones barely breaks 600

This... I do all missions without any problems like that.
T2 Heavys are one of the few good T2 charges.

By far I find the best overall Command Ship for Ristas is the Astarte, 3 Gallante Navy Mag Fields and 7 good named Neutrons + Vespa II's = 840 DPS for me and it automatically has stupid Kinetic resistance before you even fit any tanking mods. With a MWD it kicks rista BS ass twice as fast as my nighthawk and that has a full set of CN launchers and 3 CN BCU's. I use the Astarte for belts and the nighthawk for plex's where you cant use the MWD.

Im sorry, just an addition, If your doing lvl 4 missions get a CNR, they are down well under 400 mil now and cannot be beat for missions. I use the command ships for 0.0 work where a CNR is much too clumsy.
