So today is the 22nd and the day they said (after their 1st darkfailure a week ago) that trial//beta etc was due to start and guess what.............. Forums have conveintly been down all day and no news about anything.
Tho i have been hearing snipits that df fanboi's are blameing WoW fanboi's of ddos'ing df's forums cause they are afraid of df's epicness 
I really really wanted this game to work but the more they feck about the more i think its just gonna fail :( it is a shame years and years in the makeing and on the last furlong its starting to stumble =/

This is an update about what is happening today:

About the forums and the email server being down due to a DDOS attack, yes they were but they are up now, This has been confirmed by the devs in the darkfall IRC channel as well as in the news post i linked to, As for who did it, who knows, don't really care, ****ty thing to do either way.
Guess you fail more than Darkfall does  |

Tbh i really hope the game doesn't fail cause i have been a memeber of there forums and followed it closely since 2005, a few things that have happend recently have cast doubt over it. I havent applyed to beta cause i just dont have the time but i could see it as the game that finaly makes me leave eve for good (i been saying that for a while now -.-)!
So here's hoping your right and it does turn out epic. |
