Prior to joining the fleet I turned off all extra video prettiness just to make sure it wasn't my machine, but still ended up lagged to hell and having to relog just to get out of the area. Third time I've joined a fleet but haven't been able to participate in the battles because of lag.

Instead they try reactively to scale their hardware with resource demands. It is a failing approach that doesn't look like it will ever change. P.S. You must be 13.

Had a 40ish fleet engagement last week and we where only ones in system that lagged like mad; took 30-50 seconds per module activation. Since this is happening more and more and with fewer ships in system. Furthermore it is getting worse which would point to a failure (Yes I know we have had lagg issues for years) but the symptoms would indicate that this would be fixable issue - Please CCP look into it

The issue is that if we do not tell them when we encounter problems them how will they know to fix them. This is not about flaming them and even being pushy just letting them know that we do not get this lagg a few months ago and the numbers of ppl in system are actually less than when we had 100 man fleets on each side. This to me indicated some kind of breakage or resource allocation issue, and id it is it should be mentioned so it can be addressed

YORK CRAFT Caldari KRAFTWERK	Posted - 2009.01.24 18:41:00 - [49] no dudes, - that lag issue in black rise is confirmed. had a FW break of about 2 month and lag is now not playable anymore. before my break we had kinda like 50-100 ppl each side and lag was doable most of the time. that definatly changed. lost ma ships two times those days in 15-15 engagements in black rise systems with a lokal of freakin 40 ppls. Im not petitioning my losses, Im going for that mayor lag issue.
