Nexa Necis The Really Awesome Players	Posted - 2009.01.23 21:38:00 - [34] Privateers have dec'd us several times even though we are friendly with them and have been in their alliance before. We had several wars on at the time including theirs and we never once quit corp, corp jumped, or hid in an alliance. We kept up business as usual. Of all the alliances I have fought, there was only 1 that really was a cut above the rest in terms of sheer force and pressure and that was the Izanagi alliance. The only reason they were so good is because they are not playing for fun, they play for money since they are a front for macro/isk pharmers. So for them, it's a job, not a fun game and they're playing for their rent and food not for the enjoyment. I know this because we dec'd several macro/pharmer corps who every time jumped right into Izanagi alliance minutes after the war went active. They had massive gate camps 24/7 and followed us all over the place and kept the war on much longer than I expected. We had them dec'd for several weeks as well and they united pretty tightly to try and crush us. They did promise they would keep us dec'd permanently unless I paid them a few billion, and I laughed and said I can guarantee I will never pay and I will never quit corp. I kept that promise, just as I can also promise to do more damage to Gravediggers then what the cost of Ming's loss was. That is if they don't jump corp.

Once you've had some more of that, perhaps you won't be so quick to make judgement calls on people's character.

I can't imagine you get THAT much in ransom money to amount to billions per month.

My whole point was that post came off showing you with a huge ego. You can be confident, but there is a difference in saying "We are sure we will at least inflict enough damage to pay for my ship" and " He WILL pay ment and my corp and lose this and lose that and pay a surrender fee and give me his first born, hence my joke and then things escalated because it bugs me that there can't be any new players to the game, everything is alt this and alt that, alt falcon here and alt spy there. This thread is getting boring though, so I do hope you smash his corp into the ground, I hope you chase any NPC corp he hops to and I hope that I'll be able to read about it later... because I have a lot of free time at work and instead of posting on these forums I'd rather be reading a TRAPS story.

The jump in GTC ISK cost is forcing me to consolidate a few accounts. All surrender fees go into the corp wallet. They help pay for alliance wars and special items/ops/locates/favors/etc. If you can 2 or 3 box missions and do that for 1 month nonstop, you can make enough billions to cover those accounts for a year between cashing in LP, bounties, salvage and refining.
