Hi all.
Can I have something set in stone perhaps?
With Jump clones I can make a jump clone with fed intel as long as my standing is 8.0 or higher, I can then have a clone in any fed intel base with a medical bay, and then jump around. BUT the risk is a jump could result in my set of implants going *poof*
Or have I been mis-informed?

No, you wont lose implants with jump cloning. Yes, you can create jump clones at any fed intel base (because you have standings with them).
Once you jump to a jump clone, your active clone becomes a jump clone at it's current location (at any station) and the clone you're jumping too becomes active - so you can have jump clones in other places as well - it's just you wont be able to purchase clones there. |

Jump to new jumpclone and fly to any station you want - jump back to original clone - there you go. Jump clone wherever you want.
AFAIK you will lose imps when jumping FROM a station where you allready have another JC. Two JC on one station is a no go, so one will die.

Nice guide..
My plan is to make a jump clone for pvp... so if I get podded (* likely * ) I revert to my clone @ Duripant to which I then jump clone back to the one in Auvergne with my implants?

And the 24 hour cooldown after each jump. For empire players with limited income, your plan is actually quite sound. As long as you follow Estel's advice and keep your med clone up to date each time you get podded, you should do well.
Also, if you're PvP'ing in lowsec or highsec, have someone teach you how to emergency warp your pod so you can minimize the pod losses. It may not seem like much if your clone doesn't have many implants but once you get to 20 mil+ SP your clones start spiraling out of control as an expense (Nu, which covers 20-25 is 2 mil and it shoots upward from there)
I'm at the point where I just don't give a crap and I PvP with a full set of +4's but my income is pretty high from moon mining and 0.0 life.
