Ihatalo Research and Development [IRD] Bond Offering
Introduction.
As part of our continuing expansion, [IRD] is issuing a further 25 bonds.
Each bond costs 1 Billion ISK and will carry a monthly return of 7.5% paid on the 25th of each month.
Past bond history can be found here and here via our website (current bondholders will need to login to their account to view individual bond information).
Notice
By purchasing a bond you are in effect, buying into a contract that is 12 months in duration and pays you a fixed annual return in 12 installments.
Who are we?
[IRD] is an established corporation that has been active for 2 years. We have been running a very successful private IPO for the past year which is Invention/T2 production based. Our past IPO history can be viewed on the ingame mailing list 'IRD INVEST', and also on our website here via the Investor Reports link.
The website provides plenty of information about what we do, how we are making money, and the scale of our production capabilities.
Risks.
There are always risks with any investment - nothing is 100% safe. Research any investment thoroughly before making any decision.
I believe that I have done enough business with many of the big players and corporations in EVE to prove I am legitimate. I have zero intention of going awol with investors money as my reputation and how I am percieved by those I deal with is priceless. I own a mini empire of corporations (search Ihatalo in corporations to get an idea of my little empire) with over 150 members under my employment.
We currently supply bulk t2 orders to many t2 resellers across eve on a regular basis. The main public corporation who does business with us is Dynasty Bank who are invited to confirm our past business deals as are any other t2 traders who do regular business with us.
How will I put the money raised to use?
I will not be attempting anything new here to make money, I will stick to what I know best. In the invention and T2 production industry I know what works and what doesn't so it is well within my ability to deliver what I promise. The raised capital will be used to further expand our existing operation by making bulk datacore and t2 component purchases awsell as further expanding our existing t1 BPC library.
Investment conditions.
Following this post there will be a list with numbers 1 to 25 which represent 1 bond each. I will accept reservations in this thread and add names to the list based on reservations that person makes. There is no limit to how many bonds one person can own, It's a first come first served basis.
Once you have made a reservation I add you to the list, contact you ingame and walk you through setting up your investors account with our website.
Do not send any ISK until I have contacted you.
The first interest payment will be paid on the 25th of February, and every consecutive 25th thereafter. Bonds may be traded or sold providing I supervise the trade as I have to update the database. If I am not present during a trade or sale then as far as im concerned it didn't happen.
After a period of 3 months you may sell bonds back to me for 100% of their purchase price if you choose to do so - this will however forfeit any future interest payments you would have been entitled to.

Can all those who have made reservations now proceed to our website at this link.
Create an Account if you do not already have one, and then send me an evemail detailing the name of the account you registered.
Once you have done so, wire your ISK based on the bonds you have reserved and I will then update the database to reflect the new bond(s) ownership.
You will be able to log into this account at anytime to view your bond information.

try this link - the coder is running updates at this time so this may have something to do with it.
Its the account creation for the IGBshop but will work on the rest of our website services due to the integration.

Changed it back... Couldn't fit sold out on the end of the original title, so I have reduced it to the corp ticker - hope that is acceptable.

In regards to the shareholder vote, no this has nothing to do with that - it will only afect those who have IRD shares.
