Ps.: With all the countless macrominers in the icebelts which are all under CCP-Protection - Shhh I mean where CCP cant tell they are MM....... - Prices for ice REALLY could come down.Hmm

No. Where have you heard that from? CCP has certainly not discussed with us(The CSM) that they were planning to do that. |

New NPC smartness. *UI Revamp, new UI team working on optimizing the usability of the UI. *Boxed version of the game out on shelves for all to see. (Yes, you still get the expansion free). *Upgraded "New Player Experience" with alot more involved story & guiding hand at the beggining.
Mentioned by devs: *The BlackOps changes may end up here, if not in a subpatch between QR and M10. *BlackOps fuel bays. *BlackOps jumping into cynojammed systems.
Hoped for by devs: To find a new mechanic for local, remove local in some areas (ex 00, or the new wormhole systems)
*Local Chat Channel tweaks on some level. (Speculation:Most likely first tested in the wormhole systems.)
Cut from QR and destined to be included in M10:
*Industry expansion & revamp, probably ties in with T3 when it comes. *Storefronts.
FanFest Discussions: Alot of fanfest future expansion & nulsec roundtables revolved around how sov worked. Something alot of people agreed on is to create a new PoS that's placed around planets for SoV holding. So instead of 50 moons for pos spamming, you only have some 10 planets or so.
*Sov Mechanic Changes.
Other rumours:
*Different (new) races were mentioned, maybe in connection to M10. (Fanfest Panel)
*Warping in formations was mentioned as cut from QR, could reappear in M10. (Zulupark)
*Change to rig mechanics / rig items

There are a few changes in the pipes which help in this regard. It's an idea that's been on the forums for a very long time - I think Goumindong was the first to propose it. I vaguely recall possibly having seen mention of it in a dev post somewhere, but I'm not sure. |

Opening the drone regions crashed the price of midrange minerals because of the ease of shooting drone ships for refinable loot and the excellent compression values of drone alloys.

I dont think so.
There will be more moons. Meaning more pos. Meaning more demand on ice.
Add on top of that. We may need tech 2, or moon materials, or high end ores like morphite in order to build the tech 3 parts. Thusly more demand there.
I have a feeling ice prices will go up ever so slightly. Not enough to warrant more icebots though. |
