This tristan comes in and i deploy drones.. he kills the drones.. My beams dont hit him at close range. he is tech 2 Ion blaster fitted with cap booster. More than one individual pretty much gloated that they absolutely do not honor ransoms, and I witnessed cases where this was proven by seeing ships blown up after a ransom was paid. So, forget what the corp description says, it is the individual pilots you have to deal with.
