Considering that we haven't even had access to SiSi for the last month (ever since Apocrypha was deployed there) and thus haven't had a chance to actually test anything, and considering that it's now less than a week to go, "a little scared" is something of an understatement. 
(Yes, I'm trolling every thread on the subject, but the communcation about the Mac client has been appalling)

In this Expansion NPC rats become sentient and start kicking our asses concord style, CONCORD itself will go on strike because "they can't be bothered protecting idiots" as they self claim it. Both Concord as the rats team up and start from Jita cleansing the system completely. Then it'll spread out and eventually into 0.0 where they will laugh at your cyno jammers and completely wipe out all humans.
2012 will happen early!
