I already have a general character ( This one)
I want to create a pvp character, can anyone please give me an exact list of choices to create the ultimate character. I know that people will say that its down to personal choice, etc, but i want a pvp char that will be able to solo pvp Starting with the Race, bloodlines etc, and then leading to what skills are a must !

Since I'm Gallente, I would think electronic warfare drones and armor compensation skills. But for a Caldari, I couldn't begin to think of which skills would be appropriate. -- Tactical Enforcement Company |

Is this for real "an exact list of choices to create the ultimate character" ?
Have you played eve much? There is no exact list to create the ultimate character. It is all down to what you want to do, then what skills you train to be able to do it, then how well you do it and what the person you are doing it to does.
The ultimate pvp character, if only based on in game skills, will have lvl 5 in every skill except industry, science (except cybernetics), trade, social and Corp management.

All cruisers to 5 all frigs to 5 ( except caldari thats for alts) battlecruiser 5, heavy assault, 5 assault ships 5, recon 5, logistics 4, command ships 5, interceptors 5, electronic attack 5, destroyer 5, interdictor 4, heavy interdictor 4, BS 5(single race, atm amarr is prolly best but others are good also ), carriers 5, fighters 5, dreadnaught 4, all gunnery skills 5 (except gun specializations which u need at 4). All capcitor skills 5, fitting skills 5, ewar skills 4-5, other armor tanking/shield tanking skills to 5. except compensations for which u need 4. All drone skills 5 except race specializations which u need at 4. Enjoy. It's taken me 2.5 years to do that halfway, u need about 5 years i guess to do it all. Have fun I'm sorry, did I say u could speak ? |

Basically max out your fitting skills...cap skills...handful of Eletronics skills...damage skills...and tanking skills for whatever kind of ships you want to fly and specialize in. |

Well, thats a start.
That is, you can very well go for Rock, Paper, or even Scissors path; any of those are more of personal preference than choice of best path. It just much easier to give some opinions if you have some preferences among valid options.
You do mean real solo, or would you have second account that could act as scout/minor helper? If you do not have second account and already got some skills on current char, definetly keep training that one instead of making PVP char on same account.
Do you think you will be able to afford some expensive ships; to have good kill ratio but not so good ISK efficiency?
Would you see yourself PVPing in lowsec as pirate, or rather as lone 0.0 ronin?
Being able to see what you want to do in few months ahead helps a lot in Eve. Like specialise in some thing for a little while, and train for next thing while still enjoying the current one.

You realise that solo PvP is very much the exception. Although everyone claims to want it, almost no-one goes looking for a fight except in a gang. Expect to be baited, ambushed and flat-out lied to during your quest for solo PvP. Most actual solo PvP is basically can-flipping and mission-ganking in hi-sec, where you can somewhat control the terms of engagement. |

- all core certificates at elite status - all relevant certificates for your current pvp ship at elite status - use evehq, pick a ship and a fitting, and look all related skills for your ship and your fitting.
if you have all related skills at lvl5, just train thermodynamics and biology skills to lvl5, but dont forget to plug in 10 implants, which boost your ship and its perfomance the most. |
