PLEASE NO WASTED SP in industry or Science besides the essentials like cybernetics (duh lol)
The name is super important so no stupid names or names with numbers. I won't even look at the link!
I prefer Gallente since they have always held a special place in my heart  But Minmatar will be fine also! I do not prefer anything else honestly!
My top end budget is 30b but I really don't want to go that high since all I have is 31b and I would like to actually be able to buy stuff after I get the toon  The toon will have to be super impressive and focused to net 30b and maybe if he has ships to fly you can give me a good deal on those also
If he has Core Competency Elite or close that would be a big seller to me also to get it out of the way because I am a perfectionist with my toons

i know it isnt "exactly" what you desire. as such i am willing to accept a little lower then what you may have paid for others
this has 6.5 Mil in Drone skills. near Perfect shield skills (aka all but 1 at 5) near perfect armor tanking skills.
14 Mil in Gunnery skills and 14 Mil in Spaceship command skils.. as well as a lot more..
60 mil SP.
able to fly a MEAN nightmare. |

No Mining, Industry or Science...just some scanning and PI (but who doesn't like PI...almost free ISK).
Anyway, have a look for yourself because I am thinking about selling but not 100% sure yet.

Not bad, but it only has Amarr BS V which I have no interest in really sorry. Yes, the name is not bad either, I would love it on some other higher SP toons, but alas, no thank you. |
