I'm thinking of activating an alt account in the next few months (mainly when I get a job and can afford it) but I was wondering is it possible to use your own 21day free trials to start an alt? so when I pay the activation cost at least my main gets a free month and I save some money.
Also if I make the trial account now and train it in learning skills but don't activate it right away how long do I have to do so before they delete the account, and will my main account still get the free play time?
(I did have a search for this but found nothing) |

Not really sure what youre asking here..
You dont get 30 days if you make a trial account. You do get a free month on your main if you activate the trial too.
CCP does not delete accounts. I can still log on to accounts made 4 years ago and the chars are still in the game. |

I want to send myself a 21 day free trial so when I pay the activation cost of the account I get a month free on my main account (fuss saving myself money)I thought CCP started deleting accounts from way back? my old trial char is not about any more. |

Just got an email last week to reactivate an old account I used. Turns out it was my first account from 2005. Still has some low SP char on it, in a corp even! :P

Interesting, not even trial accounts or characters?
Also does any one know if the self trial idea works? |

No expired account or their characters have ever been deleted, including trial accounts. Originally by: Turelus
