Havana Mining Corp (ticker:CUBA) will be auctioning 100 shares of Preferred Stock on Sunday in Oursulaert. Opening Bid of 1,000,000 ISK required and bidding is done via Eve mail. time will tell. every Corp started with one member. 1,000,000 shares are available but all will not be issued. The 10,000 ISK per share is back by actual Corporate assets as in real life. As the Corp grows our profits should grow also.

dude....no one is going to buy ur shares...how do we know r even going to pay us or that ur corp will even grow and what makes them worth the price ur asking for in the first place? People have found uses for them yes...but no one is gonna by shares from a 3 person corp unless they crazy, u gotta have something to back it up first, not just going round asking for money saying u will be worth something somewhere down the road

First point, not true. Someone already bought 100 shares today. He would have bought 100 more if available at the time. He said 'it's only 2 million and I like to see new ideas, I am willing to take a chance. Gotta trust someone sometime'.
Second point, backing up the shares, please refer to balance sheet, it's all there. Assets are listed and fully support the Par Value of 10,000 ISK.
Third point, I am not just going around saying they will be worth something in the future, I am actually participating in making that a true statement. Please be clear, this is not for everyone. You that are critical of the idea should and probably will pass on the idea. Read the financials as they are updated. Then comment on the facts. The Corp can support it's stock price with assets, not promises. Yes we are new and yes only 3 members. Most gamers can spare a mill or two for a new idea (that was the position of today's stock buyer). Call it venture capital. Can succeed or can fail. There will only be 100 shares auctioned every week or two..depending on interest. Share will be transfered to owner as soon as game allows. More details will be available on Corp website when up and running.

Our Corp site is up and running. Havana Mining will be offering a second lot of 100 shares of Corporate preferred stock for auction on Saturday. Bids are secret and to be sent via Eve mail to Havana. Only one auction of 100 shares will take place on Saturday. Our current financial statement is available at our website and will be updated later in the week to give potential investors an opportunity to research our Corporation with current information.
Our first auction, last Sunday was a success and our membership has shown a modest gain for the week.
I realize there are gamers out there that are not interested in this idea and I respect that. But if you are going to make comments regarding this idea, please make an informed comment by reading our financials first. Comparing me, our Corp or this idea with ANYONE in the past is NOT fair nor accurate. As our Corp grows and matures the skeptics will be silenced. I am pleased with our progress to date and look forward to leading this Corp into a profitable future. Please feel free to Eve mail me or post questions. too much work and energy to be a scam. Last Sunday's lot of 100 shares sold for 1,020,000 ISK total. Not gonna scam my way to wealth on that amount, lol. Most of us can make that much in a few minutes of game time and is pretty much pocket change to most of us. Building value per share is in every stockholder's best interst and our intention. This kinda stuff is what I play the game for and gives me enjoyment...call it my niche. I do see it as a tremendous vehicle for abuse but I intend on our Corp being the model for small company start ups.
