Hi guys,
Could you tell me if I can be killed in high sec by a member of my fleet? If yes, will Concord interfere? Can he podkill me too?

Unless he's in your player corp, a fleet member can't shoot you without getting Concorded.
If you're both in the same player corp, you can even pod kill each other. |

Technically, one can be killed by anyone anywhere. To answer your question, if the other person is in the same player corp then yes, he can kill and pod you with no intervention by concord. If the player is not in the same pc corp, then concord will show up. This is not saying that concord will kill him before he kills you, just that they will blow him up for shooting you. |

Joining a fleet does not change the rules of engagement. So you can be killed in all the same ways in a fleet as outside of one, no more and no less. |
