Pretty standard training pattern there for the pilot as a good rule of thumb every 10m skill points seems to net about 1bn isk in terms of value. If the pilot had really annoying skills (like level 5 freighter, carrier, etc) then higher asking price also if all learning and advanced learning skills have been trained up to 5.
I'd suggest start bidding at 2bn with a reserve of 3.5bn (characters raw skillpoint value) upper limit to offers on here will be about 4bn isk for the character. However, you may get more for your hide selling yourself in Jita.

36+ mil gallente with expensive cap spaceship command skills for 3.5 billion reserve...
link a few similar spec'ed gallente that were sold for 100 million isk for 1 million skillpoint. please link.
freaking tool, CCP should really do something about *******s like you.
I would recommend starting the auction at 7.2 billion isk, hidden reserve, and a buyout at around 10-11 billion isk. |

I have no intention to buy the account character so im not intentionally reducing his pitch. Lets go with your recommendation of 7bn and see how he gets on. |
