Hello,
I wrote a petition 7 days ago, but no answer. 
Date Subject Category
1/23/2009 Base skills, lerning skills and implands Character Creation & Skills
Is CCP ever checks these petitions or I have to do something else?
And since I post here I explain my issue:
I started with total base attributes of:
char 3 - int 11 - mem 10 - per 11 - will/p 10
Right now I have trained all learning skills (exept char) up to lvl 4 (primary and secondary)
2. I have all 5 standart implands (+4)
But in my Attributes page right now it shows:
char 14 - int 24 - mem 24 - per 23 - will/p 19
How that come?
Shouldn't it be something like
cha 14 - int 24 - mem 23 - per 24 - will/p 23 ?

because of this sort of stuff petition queues get large
your base was not that - you had some learning skills see This
and you will be better off training some skills to help you fly before grinding all learning skills IMO
have you got learning to 5 ?
what does the character sheet say your base attribute are [download the xml and see what it says in the
<attributes>
section

yes I have learning skill up to five.
And my base was that. Try creating a Caldari Achura.
Start: cha 3 - intel 8 - mem 6 - per 7 - willp 6
Free points: intel 3 - mem 1 - per 1
Stargazer: mem 3 - per 1
Military: per 2 - willp 2
Special Forces: willp 2
Now you have base 3 - 11 - 10 - 11 - 10
Plus all five +4 implands, Learning skill at lvl5 and ALL other skills at lvl4. What shoud I get? |

your start will be
3 8 6 7 6
Free points: intel 3 - mem 1 - per 1
3 11 7 8 6
Stargazer: mem 3 - per 1
3 11 10 9 6
Military: per 2 - willp 2 [these are skill levels ]
Special Forces: willp 2 [these are skill levels ]
so base is
3 11 10 9 6 = 39 SP [which is correct]
does that answer your question now

You mean that.... military and spesial forces don't add points to atributes? oh...
Then why they write it like they do? God.. I made the character like that so it egualy trains in most of the things cause i can't affort the time for 2nd one... and now you tell me I got it all wrong? (not your fault of course lol)
But now I feel very very mad about that. It is showing clearly when you create a character for the first time the skill levels (as you say) added in the base atributes.
now who I have to blame for that...?

My self first for sure lol... I agree on that. But they are displaying it wrong!!!!!
Cause of that I have willpower 19 and I started training as military... I could use a couple of points in my willpower... |

Did you accidently take the starting attributes (when you get in game) as your base? Cos don't forget you get learning skills in some skill branches... |
