Dreamspace, Dreamscape or just Dreamland all come to mind as appropriate names (especially the last one) but I'm pretty certain nobody here will like them. Most likely we'll end up with some official sounding name like Sleeper Space or Sleeper Systems (or Cleveland).
I'm also guessing that "elite" Sleepers will be called Deep Sleepers.
Now the only question remains...is this space *above* or *below*?  |

No SJ we have Sec as a means to rate space. Sec has no definitive meaning to the system other than to let you know how "safe" you are where you are.
As such Sec holds no grounds in this contest and the best difinitive answer will remain 3rd space!
