As topic states I am looking either for a starter toon with good learning, and/or a toon with decent science skills ready for some R&D agents. No other skill(s) concern me too much.
Research Project Management is a plus. The more science the better.

How are you going to train perfect learning (all 11 skills in 40 days)? Lvl 5s take roughly 5 days (x4 of em) and 13 days (x 4 of em)a piece.
