Being polish myself, and having traveled to Poland for months at a time, I can safely say that link is absolutely right.
Polish girls are the prettiest I've seen, even without makeup. The food isn't the healthiest (when I went there we were served grilled kielbasa everywhere), but it tastes damn good. And yeah they don't binge, though they can hold their liquor really well. Oh and like 85% of Polish girls are C and bigger  .
As far as where to find them. Stateside you can try Long Island, Green Point NY and Chicago. Mention Chicago in Poland and everyone there says its "Poland 2." If you want a more traditional polish girl from the mother land, go into the country-side and avoid the capitol, Warsaw, too many tourists and not the best pick of girls (I was waiting for some relatives and looking around, all girls I saw were either ugly or anorexic).

Cons (only one):
The dumbest creatures on the planet. As pretty as they are, if you've got an IQ above 125 they will test your patience endlessly.
...though me and several (polish) friends agree the big bust more than makes up for that .

We have a lot of Polish girls working on the factory floor at work.
Basically, Polish factory girl>English factory girl every time. Summers are pretty decent around here when they start wearing their spray on white jeans. Shame they all came over with their ex-military looking boyfriends what could probably twist your head off....very decent plumbers though!
