Not ICE alone.
Ice + PI = Fuel Blocks = Profit WIN! 
Heck of a lot more than ore mining atm.
There isn't anything left for you to do to Carebears. -áGo, kill them some more. They're like fungus or bacteria, they won't die and they won't stop. All you have to show for years of organized harassment campaigns against them is ... nothing. |

The problem wit ice is that the majority of miners that are not bots and mine do so purely due to its ease. People will set their lasers on the ice and come back every 15-20mins to unload.
There are other reasons people mine ice too, but the isk/h is never one of them. |

That's for sure. Until the fuel block thing, I gave up for quite awhile except to get my own POS fuels.
